Philosophy 

I opened my own real estate company so I could charge what I think is a fair price for buying or selling a home. I believe that a six percent commission is too much to charge a seller for selling their house.

I also provide a rebate to buyers of up to one percent of the selling price or the total of their non-recurring closing costs, whichever is less.

I am an independent real estate broker with an eye for savings. My business has no large fixed costs, so I can help you save money while at the same time providing great service.
